History

Anything But Stocks Pension Services, LLC had its beginnings when the founders, both serial entrepreneurs, met over a cup of coffee to discuss alternative funding options for their qualified plans. The answer for them became obvious very quickly: get out of the stock market and develop a farm enterprise. Their respective backgrounds made establishing the legal structures to fund their project with retirement plan money an easy process. Dean Carris, Esq. brought to the table his 15 years experience in estate and property law and James Nickles brought his 15 years of qualified plan design and administration experience. As they worked together, they realized that many entrepreneurs, just like the two of them, may have a similar desire to begin anew. With that desire comes a need for guidance through the early stages of establishing and funding an enterprise. So Dean and James decided to combine their experience into a service company that delivers solutions for those who are desiring an alternative to what the market is offering today. Thus the name, Anything But Stocks Pension Services, LLC.
