James Nickles is the company's Pension Consultant and brings over 18 years of pension plan experience. Nickles currently leads a team of pension specialists selected by the Department of Labor to act as the fiduciary for an abandoned Ohio based multiple employer plan representing 4000 employees. He is a former executive of SaveDaily.com, Inc., a financial services recordkeeper. There, he was responsible for developing the 1^st completely online Solo 401(k) product, the 1^st completely online Safe Harbor IRA product, their 403(b) product and their 401(k) product. Nickles started his financial services career with AG Edwards where he developed the first open architecture 401(k) for the Employee Leasing Industry which led to the eventual founding of Aspen Pension Administrators, Inc. As founder and Chief Executive Officer, he led Aspen to become the largest independent Third Party Administrator in the Southwest. Before selling Aspen, Nickles’ team of pension specialists administered 3,200 retirement plans whose sponsors were located in over 40 states.

Dean Carris is Anything But Stocks’ head of Compliance. As a real estate development and small business attorney, he brings twenty years of legal experience to the company. Dean got an early start in real estate law immediately out of law school. After working with a large Chicago, Il based firm he set out on his own ultimately directing a $22 million project/property development portfolio for Dos Griegos Corporation, a Santa Fe based enterprise. He then leveraged his experience with Dos Griegos to take over responsibilities for the commercial real estate portfolio of Trans-Lux Corporation, a publicly traded company. As its Vice President, Dean led Trans-Lux' acquisitions, divestitures, and asset management program. From Trans-Lux, he decided to focus his attentions on his own portfolio which eventually led to providing services for fellow professionals and his co-founding of Anything But Stocks Pension Services, Inc. Dean also maintains a New Mexico Real Estate Broker’s License.
